Our client is looking for a Deputy Licensing Manager to support and oversee licensing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient processing of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of licensing procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team while working closely with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all licensing operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of license applications and renewals.
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of licensing processes and ensure timely updates.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to the licensing team.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to the latest requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of licensing procedures and industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and authorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
