Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Consulting (HOC) to lead their team and drive regional business across all service lines. As the HOC, you will be accountable for generating and closing sales opportunities, developing a network of prospects, and converting them into clients. You’ll also focus on upselling and cross-selling to an existing client portfolio. You will play a key role in building and developing a team of consultants, working closely with the marketing team to maintain strong relationships with intermediaries in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, KSA, ADGM, DIFC, and other jurisdictions to generate leads and close business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and close sales opportunities, bringing in regional business across all service lines.
• Build and maintain a network of prospects, converting them into clients, while upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Develop and lead a team of consultants, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective lead generation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels.
• Coordinate complex multi-jurisdictional proposals and ensure the successful delivery of services.
• Create and execute strategic plans, driving results and managing priorities effectively.
• Provide clear, concise advice to clients and stakeholders, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE and Middle East, ideally in the legal or corporate services sector.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Experience in commercial sectors, consulting, accounting, or law firms.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and advise clients.
• Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in relevant IT tools for the role.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
