Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on business projects and possess a strong enthusiasm for taking on new challenges. This role requires a candidate who is eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

They are specifically looking for Western professionals who are Arabic speakers and currently residing in the UAE, as they aim to diversify our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and assisting in the delivery of key project milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support various project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure efficient task allocation and effective communication.
• Assist in tracking project progress, managing schedules, and reporting on project statuses.
• Communicate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and project updates.
• Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting improvements where needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in business-related projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Enthusiastic approach and proactive mindset.
• Arabic-speaking with a Western background.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
