Our client is looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, assisting guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage front desk activities, including maintaining records and processing payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of reservation or booking systems.
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first approach.
