We’re on the lookout for a creative and results driven Marketing Executive to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our ambitious growth plans.

As our Marketing Executive, you will be the creative engine behind our branding and marketing strategies. From crafting compelling content to managing campaigns, your role will directly impact our ability to connect with clients and candidates.
  
Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of trends in recruitment and marketing to identify opportunities.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work with the recruitment team to align marketing strategies with business growth

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within recruitment or a service-oriented industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent writing skills with a creative flair.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
