We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Experience Executive to join our team at Sharjah Media City (SHAMS). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the business setup and freezone industry, proficiency in CRM tools, and a proven ability to handle client escalations effectively.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proactively address client complaints and escalations, resolving issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Implement solutions promptly and communicate effectively with internal teams to avoid recurrence.
• Provide guidance to clients on the business setup process within Sharjah Media City and freezone regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline the client onboarding process and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Use CRM software to track client interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their requirements are met and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling are identified.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client engagement and retention rates.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights for service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Client Relations Executive, Account Manager, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, handling escalations, and resolving complaints effectively.
• Prior experience in the business setup and freezone industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with the UAE freezone ecosystem and business setup regulations is a significant advantage.
