We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 360-degree marketing and a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
360-Degree Marketing Campaigns:
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing touchpoints.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
Utilize data analytics tools to report on KPIs and key metrics.
Brand Management:
Drive brand awareness and positioning to ensure a strong market presence.
Ensure alignment of brand identity with organizational values and goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and operations, to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in 360-degree marketing, with expertise in both digital and traditional channels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative marketing solutions.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
