We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales with a strong track record in factoring and trade finance to join our client’s leadership team. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative sales strategies to drive significant business growth, exceed revenue goals, and solidify the company’s position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the company’s overarching sales strategy.
Establish revenue and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and objectives.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to sustain a competitive edge.
Business Development
Identify high-value opportunities and build strategic partnerships to drive growth.
Utilize industry networks to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.
Oversee the creation of customized solutions to address evolving market demands.
Collaborate closely with credit, risk, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Align sales strategies with product offerings and operational capabilities.
Track and analyze key sales metrics, delivering detailed performance reports to the executive team.
Interpret market insights to forecast trends and inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Stay updated on industry regulations and assess their implications for the factoring business.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the factoring or trade finance industry.
Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue growth targets.
Extensive experience managing high-value clients and navigating complex deal structures.
In-depth knowledge of factoring products, receivables finance, and trade finance solutions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive innovation and business growth.
Proficiency in CRM systems, financial analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a strong advantage.
Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment in factoring and trade finance.
Flexibility to travel as required to meet business needs.
