Enterprise Architect to work with senior business stakeholders to shape strategy, assess capability maturity, and evaluate technology fit across enterprise and corporate technology domains, including ERP, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales and Marketing. 
  
You are a confident facilitator and skilled storyteller, able to translate complex architectural concepts into clear, compelling narratives—both visually and in writing—driving alignment and achievable change. 
  
Role 

• Partner with business-facing Product Owners to develop and align enterprise roadmaps across corporate and ERP platforms 
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to Solution Architects across major programs, including principles, standards, artefact templates, and implementation governance 
• Contribute to the strategic direction of technology investment, ensuring alignment between business strategy and enterprise architecture 
• Support business leaders with initiative shaping, delivery path definition, market analysis, and proof-of-concept activities 
• Ensure initiatives align with enterprise delivery methodologies and IT architecture standards 
• Act as Lead Architect on major programs when required 

  
Experience 

• 5+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture 
• Strong background in strategy development, architecture definition, and options assessment 
• Experience delivering architecture artefacts across application, integration, information, process, security, and technology domains 
• Proven experience in roadmap development and capability maturity assessments 
• Ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders 
• Recognised qualifications in information technology architecture 
• Manufacturing industry experience (or closely related domain)
