Role Overview 
This role provides technical expertise and support for financial business applications, primarily SAP and related systems.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide technical and functional support for SAP ECC 7 (FI & CO) and finance-related SaaS applications 
• Perform system checks, audits, and ongoing monitoring 
• Work with the SAP MSP to translate business requirements into technical solutions 
• Support finance processes including billing, contracts, revenue recognition, and indexation 
• Maintain master data, materials, and district structures 
• Apply SAP Basis knowledge (transports, user management) and basic ABAP debugging 
• Troubleshoot SAP integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs) 
• Proactively manage incidents, problems, and service requests 
• Document business processes and identify improvement opportunities 
• Support requirements gathering and delivery for the ERP replacement program 
• Assist with testing, deployments, and out-of-hours support as required
