Senior Project Manager – CRM Transformation
  
North Sydney | 3 days onsite | 7-month contract
  
We’re partnering with a large media organisation undergoing a high-profile Salesforce CRM transformation within their Enterprise technology function.
  
This is a senior-level role leading the end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation, working across Product, Engineering and key business stakeholders. You’ll be overseeing a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. 
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation / transformation
• Managing multiple squads and cross-functional dependencies
• Driving governance, reporting and executive stakeholder alignment
• Owning scope, budget, risk and delivery outcomes
• Partnering with vendors and internal enterprise teams

  
What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise platform programs
• Proven Salesforce CRM implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology
• Comfortable operating in hybrid Agile / structured environments
• Confident communicator with executive presence
