We’re currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master Lead to join our large enterprise client.

You’ll play a key role in enabling self-organising, high-performing teams while taking ownership of delivery outcomes. Working closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and broader technology stakeholders, you’ll help embed Agile best practice and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach one or more Agile squads to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros, PI planning)
• Promote strong team dynamics, psychological safety and accountability
• Remove blockers and proactively manage risks, dependencies and release coordination
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure priorities are clear and value is delivered
• Track and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Contribute to the broader Agile community to uplift delivery maturity across the organisation

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in software delivery, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks and enterprise delivery models
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or SAFe SM preferred)
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage both squads and senior stakeholders
• Passionate about continuous improvement, team development and delivery excellence.
