What's the brief? We’re partnering with a global leader in international education to secure a senior HR operator who can dive into high profile initiatives during a period of transition and change. This role is for someone who can be the go-to HR Operations expert, tackling everything from employee relations and contract management to supporting a global restructure.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
HR Operations & BAU Tasks - Oversee daily HR operations, including contract management, employee relations, and handling workplace issues as directed.
- Act as a ‘gap-filler,’ flexibly handling various HR needs as they arise, including assisting with offshore operations
- Manage BAU processes and resolve issues to maintain smooth operational functionality.
Global Restructure Support - Play an active role in supporting the ongoing global restructuring process.
- Engage with stakeholders, providing backup and operational input to ensure alignment with restructuring goals.
Culture & Employee Engagement - Take a proactive approach in engaging with employees across levels, aiming to establish rapport quickly.
HR Advisory & Support - Provide high level HR guidance for day-to-day employee interactions and maintain close communication with senior leaders.
- Assist in planning the future HR team structure based on current needs and challenges.

- Emotional intelligence and integrity, capable of balancing empathy with operational effectiveness.
