Right now, they’re at a pivotal moment following a merger, bringing together multiple brands under one umbrella. As they align systems, processes, and people, they’ve created a new structure that includes a brand new HRBP role supporting the corporate and call centre portfolio.

This is a true generalist role, where you’ll juggle ER cases, coach leaders, and manage recruitment, all while keeping priorities in check. Your Role in Action:
Align people initiatives with business strategy, driving performance, capability, and engagement.
Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
Lead recruitment end-to-end and work with leadership to develop strategic hiring plans.
Advise and coach managers on ER matters, escalating complex cases as needed.
Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and industry standards.
Track ER issues to identify trends and inform future strategies.
Drive performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development programs.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to shape future strategies.
Facilitate leadership development programs and engagement action plans.
Provide actionable insights using key workforce metrics.
Collaborate with HSW experts to drive safety initiatives.
Support return-to-work processes for injured employees.
Your Toolkit:
Adaptable and agile.
Strong stakeholder management - relationships are at the heart of what you do.
Experience managing ER cases end-to-end.
Recruitment experience.
Ability to coach leaders to bring out their best.
Can prioritise, push back when needed, and influence outcomes.
Data-savvy - you translate numbers into meaningful insights that drive smart decisions.
