As the HR function undergoes a period of transformation and investment, there is an urgent need to implement a modern, fit-for-purpose platform that will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support the organisation’s evolving workforce needs.
Why This Role?
Lead the selection and implementation of a new payroll/HRIS system (likely iChris or Employment Hero)
Be at the forefront of M&A driven transformation, transitioning 300+ staff onto a new payroll
Work closely with cross functional teams and vendors to deliver a high impact project
Streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and elevate the employee experience
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to select and implement the right payroll/HRIS platform
Lead system optimisation, change management, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and EBAs
Manage vendor relationships and oversee smooth implementation and integration
What You Bring:
Experience with payroll/HRIS platforms (iChris, Employment Hero, or Preceda a plus!)
Strong problem solving skills and ability to drive efficiencies
Knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and payroll compliance
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
A natural leader who can influence, engage, and deliver results
