Who are you? Following an exciting internal promotion, this newly created Senior P&C Advisor role is the perfect next step for an experienced Advisor ready to level up in their career. In this role, no two days will be the same. You’ll juggle a variety of tasks, from managing day-to-day operations to working on P&C projects, all while supporting leaders and team members and driving capability uplift across the business.
Day to day
Manage the full employee lifecycle.
Deliver cyclical P&C programs e.g. performance framework and engagement survey.
Be the go-to advisor for leaders and team members on various P&C matters e.g. employee relations, P&C policies, L&D, recruitment, and benefits.
Ensure P&C policies are up-to-date and compliant with legislation.
Lead the Health, Wellbeing, and Safety committee, crafting and rolling out wellbeing initiatives.
Manage P&C reporting, including dashboards, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and WGEA submissions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and support recruitment efforts.
Act as the subject matter expert for the HR System (Workday).
Facilitating workshops for the business and leaders.
Contribute to P&C project and programs.
