- Operational Excellence: Oversee governance, data management, and process improvements in workforce and talent acquisition.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to align talent acquisition with broader business objectives while building confidence in the Talent Solutions function.
- Executive Recruitment and Internal Mobility: Support senior level recruitment and internal talent mobility to ensure seamless succession planning.
