Your Role in Action
Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to C-suite and senior leaders
Lead complex employee relations matters, including high-risk and sensitive cases
Support leaders through organisational change, restructures, and accountability resets
Provide pragmatic, commercially grounded people advice to senior stakeholders
Maintain momentum and continuity while the current role holder transitions into project work
Bring calm, clarity, and strong judgement to ambiguous and fast-moving situations
Influence workforce and resourcing decisions in line with low-cost operating principles
What You Bring
15+ years’ experience in HR Business Partner roles
Strong corporate background
Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams
Deep ER capability and confidence managing complex, high-risk matters
Demonstrated experience leading through change and transformation
Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable challenging senior leaders when needed
Calm, resilient, and highly credible under pressure
