Your Impact
In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR partner for several business units, supporting a diverse and engaged workforce. Your day-to-day might include:
- Partnering with managers to provide HR coaching, performance guidance, and employee support.
- Leading onboarding, offboarding, and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Supporting workplace relations, facilitating conversations, and helping resolve conflicts.
- Advising on industrial relations matters, enterprise agreement obligations, and employment law.
- Collaborating with Capability & Culture teams to deliver learning, development, and organisational initiatives.
- Being a hands-on HR resource across corporate services, community programs, customer-facing teams, and field operations.
- Travelling between sites as required, with flexible in-office arrangements (anchor day midweek).
Your Toolkit
- Solid operational HR experience, including employee relations, industrial relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of Australian employment law, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -able to influence and coach leaders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience supporting diverse teams and building strong relationships across business units.
