What’s the brief?
An established consultancy which operates in the healthcare sector is looking to appoint a Human Resource Business Partner to join their growing HR team.
This organisation partners with government on large-scale national programs across evaluation, administration and digital systems. Over the past decade the business has grown significantly, expanding from around 50 employees to more than 400 today.
The role will work closely with the Head of HR, acting as a trusted second-in-command across the HR function. It’s a broad generalist position supporting leaders and employees across the business, while also taking ownership of projects and initiatives designed to strengthen people processes as the organisation continues to grow.
Is This Your Perfect Match?
You’re a confident HR generalist who enjoys variety and thrives in environments where you can genuinely partner with the business.
Comfortable advising managers on employee relations, performance management and policy interpretation, you bring a pragmatic approach to problem solving and a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in small to medium sized business environments, where flexibility, ownership and collaboration are key. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects across learning, compliance, organisational change and HR systems as the business continues evolving.
For someone looking to step into a more senior HR position with real exposure to leadership, this role offers strong long-term development potential.
