What’s the Brief?
You’ll be joining a global organisation operating across 30 countries with approximately 6,000 employees worldwide.
This role sits within a specialist three-person Remuneration team inside the broader People Experience function. You’ll play a central role in managing the full annual remuneration review cycle, supporting incentive processes and equity grants, and partnering with HR and Finance stakeholders globally.
It’s a critical backfill during a period of organisational transformation - meaning visibility, impact and exposure across the business.
If you love structure, data, stakeholder engagement and operating at global scale this one’s for you.
Is This Your Perfect Match?
As a key member of the Remuneration team, reporting to the Hiring Manager, you’ll support the broader global employee population (circa 6,000 employees across 30 countries), working closely with:
- Directors of People Experience
- HR Directors & HR Administrators
- Finance Directors & Finance Heads
- Regional leaders across multiple time zones
This is not purely transactional. You’ll act as both systems administrator and relationship manager - coordinating complex data flows, guiding stakeholders through review processes, and ensuring governance across diverse regions and cultures.
Peak activity runs from June through September, with the annual REM cycle ramping up in late June, peaking through July/August, and concluding with payment processing in September.
Your Impact
Annual Remuneration Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end annual remuneration review process across 30 countries - from data collection and modelling support through to validation, reporting and payment processing.
Equity & Incentive Administration: Support the annual performance incentive review and administer equity grants (including the Australian grant process in May–June).
Global Coordination: Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent, accurate and timely execution of compensation processes.
Systems & Data Governance: Conduct system testing, manage workflows, and ensure data integrity across complex spreadsheets and platforms (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded).
Transformation Support: Contribute to broader operating model and finance transformation initiatives, with scope to be involved in evolving EVP and reward-related projects.
Your Toolkit
You are a Reward/Remuneration professional who has genuinely owned remuneration processes - not just supported them.
You bring:
