This is a hands-on People Systems & Compliance role sitting at the intersection of HR, systems and governance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support people systems, strengthen processes and ensure existing compliance frameworks are running effectively.

Working closely with stakeholders with HR and across the business, you’ll support a range of people initiatives including pay remediation queries, HRIS system changes, compliance analysis, and quarterly projects. From responding to day-to-day operational queries to building guides and improving processes, this is a broad, hands-on role with real impact.
Your Role in Action • Act as a key liaison between the business and IT in relation to the current tool stack. • Provide support for the HRIS, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating enhancements or upgrades. • Partake in change management activities for system updates, including stakeholder communication and training. • Support compliance-related matters such as rostering compliance, pay remediation enquiries, and legislative requirements. • Partner with the Analytics team to provide HR data expertise and support reporting and dashboard access. • Develop clear process documentation, guides and system resources for stakeholders across the business.
Your Toolkit • Experience working with HR systems, ideally including Workday or similar platforms. • Background in HR operations, compliance, people systems, or HR generalist roles with strong systems exposure. • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and triage incoming work. • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments where no two days look the same. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate systems or process changes clearly. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and identify compliance risks or process improvements.
