Is This Your Perfect Match?
As the HR Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the HR function across two divisions and mentor a capable HR Advisor who’s eager to learn and grow.
You’ll act as a strategic and hands-on partner to a diverse workforce – from manufacturing teams through to corporate and commercial leaders – helping the business strengthen alignment, build leadership capability, and navigate change with confidence. This is a role for someone who knows what good HR looks like – and can guide others toward it in an organisation that is bought into change.
Your Impact - Develop and deliver a unified people and culture strategy across both divisions
- Partner with the Managing Director and senior leaders to drive transformation projects
- Shape and embed initiatives that enhance wellbeing, engagement, and succession planning
- Bring together hybrid and onsite workforces under a shared sense of purpose
- Oversee safety and injury management programs, ensuring compliance while promoting a proactive safety culture
- Coach and develop the HR Advisor, building depth and confidence in the HR function
- Provide trusted, commercially minded advice to senior stakeholders
- Lead workforce planning and capability initiatives across Australia and New Zealand
- Champion inclusion and support the integration of a multicultural workforce
What You Bring to the Table
You’re an experienced HR leader or senior HR business partner with exposure to both corporate and operational environments. You bring structure, confidence, and commercial awareness to every conversation – and thrive on creating clarity in complex settings.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading strategic and operational HR initiatives across multiple sites.
- Strength in organisational design, change management, and transformation.
- Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and employee relations.
- A coaching mindset with the ability to mentor and influence across all levels.
- A genuine passion for people and culture, paired with a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach.
Travel will be part of your rhythm, with regular visits to regional sites to stay connected with teams on the ground.
