Who are we?
Our client is a leading player in the utility and telecom sectors, with over 25 years of experience delivering successful projects in project management, design, construction, and commissioning. Whether managing the full project lifecycle or collaborating with existing partners, their commitment to excellence ensures seamless service and exceptional outcomes every time.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly established role within a close-knit team. You will report directly to the General Manager of People, Culture & Safety, gaining valuable insights and learning from a strong, experienced team.
Who are you?
If you’re an HR Advisor ready to stretch into a Business Partnering role, this is the kind of opportunity that doesn’t come around often.
You’ve built your HR foundation in fast-paced, high-energy environments, and you’re ready for more. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation, influence decision-making, and gain exposure in a highly industrialised, unionised environment.
It’s hands-on, dynamic, and comes with a healthy dose of grey - not everything is mapped out, but that’s part of the appeal. You’ll have the freedom to shape the role around your strengths, step outside your comfort zone, and grow into the kind of HR and safety work that excites you.
