• Start Date: 12 January 2026
• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
• Location: Melbourne
• Pay Rate: $26.70 - $28.10 per hour + super (experience dependent)
• Roster: Rotating shifts between 7:50am - 8:30pm
• Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service, and working as part of a collaborative team to meet performance targets.

Full training will be required. This position is located in the Melbourne CBD not far from a major train station. The office is modern with kitchen facilities and awesome views!

• Previous call centre experience (preferred)
