AI Solution Engineer / Architect

Join a rapidly scaling global BPO that launched in Australia in early 2025 and is investing heavily in AI, automation, and data-driven innovation.
This is a newly created role where you'll design and deliver cutting-edge AI and ML solutions across the business.
The Role

• Build and deploy ML & Generative AI solutions (LLMs)
• Own end-to-end delivery: design → train → deploy → optimise
• Drive MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)
• Develop scalable data pipelines (SQL, ETL/ELT)
• Collaborate across Sydney, Brisbane & India teams

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years in AI/ML (production environments)
• Strong Python + TensorFlow / PyTorch / Hugging Face
• Experience with LLMs / GenAI integration
• Cloud exposure (AWS preferred / Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong stakeholder & communication skills
