Our client, a leading contract manufacturer within the personal care, cosmetic, and therapeutic product industries, is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver / Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. The facility operates as part of the Pact Group and manufactures products for well-known national and international brands.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing transport, stock control, and warehousing operations for the division and related external sites. You will ensure the accurate, safe, and timely movement of goods and materials, while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Work Health & Safety (WH&S) standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring bulk materials, in-process goods, and packaging components are properly stored, accounted for, and picked accurately using FIFO principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods
• Accurately pick stock from work-order pick lists for production
• Load and unload trucks for dispatch and inbound deliveries
• Transfer stock to correct warehouse locations using RF SAP scanning systems
• Ensure all pallets and stock are stored safely and labelled correctly
• Manage inventory input/output to support production demands
• Receive inventory and complete SAP data entry
• Reconcile production work order records
• Maintain up-to-date stock control systems
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing regarding retail customer order fulfilment
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
• Process warehouse and logistics-related expenditure
• Ensure cost-efficient logistics and offsite warehousing processes
• Isolate and transfer quarantine or rejected goods to designated areas
• Follow all GMP, OH&S, environmental, and company procedures
• Support teamwork and departmental objectives
• Protect company property and maintain a safe working environment

Skills & Experience Required:

• Current Forklift Licence (High Reach experience essential)
• FMCG warehouse experience
• Strong warehouse operations background (not purely logistics-focused)
• SAP experience
• Solid understanding of OH&S requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment
