Our clients in the south east are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their production teams.

These roles offer stable, full-time hours across structured 12-hour shifts in a safety-focused and team-oriented environment.

Available Shifts

Clayton
Thursday – Saturday | Day Shift $46.58 
7:00am – 7:00pm (12-hour shifts)
 
Thursday – Saturday | Night Shift $55.53
7:00pm – 7:00am (12-hour shifts)

Braeside
3.30pm to 11.30pm Monday to Friday ($47.43)
11.30pm to 7.30am Monday to Friday ($53.61

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Conduct regular product quality checks to meet specifications
• Perform product changeovers and basic machine adjustments
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues
• Carry out routine machine maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with OHS standards
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous machine operating experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of OHS procedures and safe work practices
• Experience conducting product quality inspections
• Good mechanical aptitude (mechanical background highly regarded)
• Experience with product changeovers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Experience performing basic machine maintenance tasks
