Extrusion Machine Operator | 1st Shift | Monday to Friday
Set up, run, and change over profile extrusion lines on a Monday to Friday day shift, keeping quality and process control on track.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus mandatory weekend overtime.

Ready for an operator role where you’re trusted to run the line, not just watch it? In this position, you’ll set up and change over profile extrusion lines and related fabrication equipment, keep the process in control throughout the run, and catch problems before they become defects.
You’ll work a consistent Monday to Friday day shift that wraps up at 3:30, so your evenings stay yours. Weekend overtime is mandatory in this role, which means steady extra hours on the schedule and more earning potential each week.
This role is for someone who likes understanding how the whole process works and takes pride in solving problems. You’ll identify issues with the product or process, recommend solutions, and play a direct part in hitting quality and efficiency targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and maintain profile extrusion lines, keeping the process in control throughout each production run
- Complete changeovers on extrusion lines and related equipment, including fabrication tools
- Keep production on schedule as assigned by your supervisor
- Perform inspections, process checks, maintenance, and related documentation
- Protect and maintain production tooling and equipment during setup, production, and line take-down
- Work to meet the quality and efficiency targets set by management
- Identify and record problems with the product, process, or quality system, and take action to prevent nonconformities
- Recommend solutions to improve the process and product quality
- Relieve and assist packers when needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and LOTO procedures, and report hazards, accidents, and injuries right away
- Keep the lines you oversee clean and organized
What We’re Looking For - GED or high school diploma
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- A strong understanding of the operations process and how your role affects the wider operation
- Understanding of process instructions, control plans, problem-solving techniques, and SPC
- Awareness of IATF 16949, EMS, and quality management system requirements for the role
- Knowledge of industry quality and safety standards
- Basic math, reading, and inventory control skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A team player with strong safety standards and good motor coordination
- Ability to stay on your feet for the entire shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25 to 50 lbs, and to reach for and move materials safely
- The physical stamina, core strength, and endurance to do the job well
- Availability to work mandatory weekend overtime
Compensation and Work Model - Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Weekend overtime is mandatory.
- Work model: Onsite.
- $16.00/hr
