The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead brand, marketing, and revenue-driving initiatives. You’ll own brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, partnerships, and campaigns — with a sharp focus on growing revenue.
You’ll work closely with Operations, Reservations, and GMs to make sure every marketing move drives real business results. This role needs a commercially minded leader who balances strategy, execution, and a love for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver brand and marketing strategies that hit growth targets.
- Lead digital marketing, PR, content, partnerships, and paid media.
- Drive guest acquisition, cover counts, and revenue alongside Ops and Reservations teams.
- Create high-impact promotions, events, and collaborations.
- Analyse marketing performance and present actionable insights.
- Manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- Oversee agencies, internal resources, and mentor the Marketing Coordinator.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead with regular market research and competitive analysis.
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in senior marketing roles (restaurant industry essential).
- A proven record of delivering revenue growth through marketing.
- Experience in brand building and commercial campaigns.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.
