What You Bring

• Proven experience on the larder, pan or fryer section in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or actively studying towards it).
• A sharp work ethic and ability to stay cool under pressure.
• A collaborative spirit—keen to support your team and grow with them.
