Olympus Dining – the sixth destination from the creative minds behind Sydney icons The Apollo and Cho Cho San, Brisbane favourites Greca and Yoko Dining, and The Apollo Tokyo. Set within Sydney’s newly launched Wunderlich Lane precinct, Olympus is a lively homage to the age-old Greek grill house – where flame, flavour, and family-style hospitality meet.

The Role: Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll join a collaborative kitchen led by our Head Chef, helping to uphold the standard Olympus is quickly becoming known for – bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional execution. Backed by the strength and spirit of The Apollo Restaurant Group, this is your chance to be part of a new chapter in Sydney dining.

What We’re Looking For

• A deep passion for produce, preparation, and precision
• Hands-on kitchen experience – ideally in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine
• The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, open kitchen
• A collaborative spirit – you take pride in mentoring junior chefs
• A strong sense of reliability, organisation, and commitment to craft
