Your Mission

As our General Manager, you'll lead both front- and back-of-house teams in crafting something timeless. You will be the guardian of Olympus' hospitality, stewarding a world-class guest experience, ensuring operational finesse, and inspiring a culture that radiates warmth, creativity, and pride.

Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality Leadership: Champion service excellence that’s welcoming, refined, and refreshingly human. Turn everyday dining into unforgettable moments.
• Operational Brilliance: Oversee venue operations from floor flow to financials. Ensure the venue is as smooth behind the scenes as it is seamless on the floor.
• Culinary Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and beverage leads to maintain and elevate food and drink standards that reflect Olympus’ bold Mediterranean ethos.
• Team Culture: Nurture an environment where staff feel supported, seen, and set up for success. From training to daily briefings — lead with purpose and heart.
• Guest Connection: Build lasting relationships with guests, fostering a loyal following through thoughtful touches and true hospitality.
• Growth Mindset: Constantly seek ways to innovate and improve — whether it’s service standards, systems, or sustainability initiatives.

• A seasoned General Manager, Operations Manager or Venue Manager from premium or high-volume venues.
