We're on the lookout for a Restaurant Supervisor who brings energy, care and a genuine love for hospitality. Someone ready to step into a leadership role, support a buzzing team, and create exceptional guest experiences every day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team across busy services
• Owning the floor and jumping in to guide, support and problem-solve in the moment
• Supporting rosters, briefings, bookings and service prep
• Communicating clearly with the kitchen and keeping standards sharp
• Upholding safety, cleanliness and quality with care and consistency
• Training team members and fostering a positive, professional culture

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience running a section and supervising in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Loves the rhythm of service and thrives on leading a team
• Understands food, wine and cocktails—and enjoys sharing that knowledge
• Is calm under pressure, highly organised, and brings great energy to every shift
• Genuinely cares about people—our team and our guests
