The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to help lead our high-performing Potts Point kitchen.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Head Chef to manage daily operations, craft inspired menus, lead and mentor the team, and ensure financial targets are met — all while keeping our kitchen’s high standards humming along.
Your Day-to-Day:
