The Role
We're on the hunt for a Guest Relations Manager/VIP Manager to lead the way in how we care for and connect with our VIPs and most loyal guests. This role is all about building meaningful relationships with the people who know and love our venues—those who celebrate with us, recommend us, and return time and time again.
You’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, making sure our VIPs feel like the stars they are, every single time they walk through our doors. Think tailored experiences, thoughtful touches, and next-level service that feels anything but transactional. You’ll need like-for-like experience and the confidence to move between venues—often during peak service—to ensure consistency and connection across the group.
