Olympus – the sixth venue from the team behind Sydney institutions The Apollo and Cho Cho San, Brisbane’s Greca and Yoko Dining, and The Apollo Tokyo – is now open in the heart of the brand-new Wunderlich Lane precinct. Our  200-seat restaurant is a vibrant celebration of ancient Greek grill house cooking – a place where great food, warm hospitality, and shared experiences come together.

The Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to uphold the standard Olympus is known for. With the backing of The Apollo Restaurant Group, this is your opportunity to contribute to something exciting, in a venue that’s already buzzing.

• You’re passionate about food, flavour, and cooking with quality ingredients
• You bring experience and precision to your work, ideally with Greek or Mediterranean cuisine
• You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen
