LOCATION: Remote Position (Eastern Canada preferred)
SALARY RANGE: $72,000 – $90,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits + RRSP Matching

What Will You Do?

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop workflows, integrations, custom applications, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance
• Participate in system testing, deployment activities, and documentation efforts
• Work closely with internal teams to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Experience working with JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Ability to gather business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting teams operating on Eastern Standard Time
• ServiceNow certifications are considered an asset
