Territory Sales Representative

LOCATION: Central Toronto

SALARY: $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What Will You Do?

• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial sector across Central Toronto and the GTA
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to drive new business acquisition
• Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact from initial sale through project completion
• Coordinate and manage projects in collaboration with internal operations and service teams
• Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and develop customized solutions for clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project recommendations
• Monitor project progress to ensure customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
• Represent the organization professionally in the market and strengthen overall brand presence

What Do You Bring?

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial services, construction, building systems, facilities services, or related industries
• A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Experience managing projects or coordinating project-based work
• Ability to balance business development activities with active project oversight
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA
