SALARY RANGE: $55,000-65,000 + bonus

What Will You Do?

• Coordinate freight movements across North America, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Obtain and evaluate carrier quotes, communicate pricing, and support rate negotiations
• Accurately enter and manage orders within internal systems
• Track shipments, monitor progress, and provide updates on status and estimated delivery times
• Identify and resolve shipment or process-related issues in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution

What Do You Bring?

• Post-secondary education in a related field or at least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A proactive, motivated attitude with a desire to grow within the logistics industry
