Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Law Firm in East London, are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team and play a crucial role within their Law Operation 

Position: Private Client Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for running a varied caseload including complex tax and trust matters in addition to Wills, Probate and Court of Protection matters.

Job Duties: 

• Advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and more complex private client matters.
• Drafting and reviewing clear, accurate and technically robust legal documents, correspondence and attendance notes.
• Maintaining files and records in line with SRA, Lexcel and internal practice management requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with  5+ years’ PQE experience in Private Client Solicitor
• Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing legal advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
