About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Assessor Delegate to deliver end-to-end aged care assessments within the My Aged Care framework, combining clinical expertise with autonomous decision-making and strong operational performance.
Reporting to the Clinical Assessor Team Lead, the Clinical Assessor Delegate is responsible for delivering aged care assessment, triage and delegated decision-making functions within the My Aged Care framework. The role undertakes Comprehensive Assessments, Home Support Assessments and Support Plan Reviews (SPRs) using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT), determines eligibility and support needs, and exercises approved Assessor Delegate authority to finalise service approvals and funding recommendations in line with legislative and contractual requirements.
This is a dynamic, community-based role where you will manage your own caseload, perform triage functions, and work both independently and collaboratively to meet key performance targets.
