At Immaculate Heart OSHC, Leichhardt, we're looking for an exceptional Coordinator to champion a well-established service, empower a dedicated team, and help shape memorable experiences for children every day.
This isn't a role where you'll be starting from scratch.
You'll be joining a thriving service licensed for up to 90 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, supported by an experienced team who are passionate about what they do and deeply connected to their community.

As Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:

Requirements of the Role: - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Child protection training is a requirement of this role.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
