OSHC Coordinator – Holy Spirit OSHC, Bray Park
Permanent Full-Time | 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday - Split Shifts

Located in Bray Park, Holy Spirit OSHC has been part of the local community since 2006, delivering Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 135 children. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity, and exploration through a balanced mix of educator-guided and child-led experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
Job Requirements: - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor of the service
- A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Previous experience in child care service management
- Effective computer skills including experience with child care management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership skills to develop a team of staff
