Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a passionate and capable OSHC Coordinator to lead our thriving service in Bulimba, supporting up to 195 children across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs.

About the Service:
Our Bulimba service provides a vibrant and welcoming environment where children can learn, play, connect, and thrive. Through our Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs, we create meaningful experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, independence, and fun.

Requirements of the Role:

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Child protection training is a requirement of this role.
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
