Do you have experience in preparing government rulemaking documents and document management? R & W Group has been approached by a government contractor to submit a proposal to a large government agency. The agency is looking to hire one contractor potentially long term with experience in Microsoft Word and Google Docs and having expert knowledge in preparing rulemaking documents. This would include assembling the Preamble, Regulatory Impact Analysis and Technical Support Document documents. You would need to be able to identify risks and assist with trouble-shooting issues related to software compatibility issues between Google software and other word processing tools.
On this project, you would also need to have SharePoint or Google Drive hosting and managing background and manage access to SharePoint or Google Drive for an approved list of employees and employees from other federal agencies.
Finally, you would conduct/perform document management including organizing and managing a large number of documents, review and edit, proof read and correct for grammatical errors, update tables, figures, cross references, links, and footnotes. You would also manage comments and resolution of comments, maintain redline version of the documents. This would include organizing all incoming documents with comments from offices and other federal agencies.
