Are you a mid-level attorney ready to go in-house?   Would you like to work with a highly regarded consulting company in DC?   If so, R & W Group has a great new opportunity!   One of our favorite corporate clients is looking for an Assistant General Counsel!   This is a brand-new position and you would report to the Deputy General Counsel.
 
You must have 3 - 6 years of law firm or in-house legal experience.  In this role, you would:  

• Prepare and negotiate client engagement letters
• Negotiate company contracts with vendors/third parties
• Perform conflicts analyses
• Assist with conflicts check evaluation and engagement letter negotiation
• Prepare, review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
• Review and negotiate data agreements
• Engage in copyright reviews and reviews of web scraping requests
• Review protective orders
• Review external and internal marketing content

 
You must be polished and can engage with the senior leaders.    Great legal team.    Beautiful offices, Metro accessible.    Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office).   Solid compensation ($140K - $160K).  Benefits include health insurance.     You must be actively barred.   Apply online or register with us at www.r-wgroup.com.
