Calling all contract litigators! R & W Group has a great new substantive project for a mid-sized law firm in Maryland. They need a litigator to assist on a case for 2 – 3 months. This is for litigation support for a matter pending in the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County, Maryland and potentially additional cases.
You MUST be actively barred. On this project, you will be drafting discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions) and assist with motions practice, including motions to quash subpoenas. You would also prepare objections to discovery from opposing counsel. You must have experience working with electronically stored information.
The case is expected to last about 2–3 months. You CAN work remotely but you MUST be in the DC area. Great team of attorneys. Pay rate from $60 – 85/hour, depending upon experience. Apply online or register with us at www.r-wgroup.com.
