Sales Personal Assistant – Mandarin Speaking
Inner Melbourne | Premium Residential | Full-Time

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Mandarin‑speaking Sales Personal Assistant who ultimately wants to step into their own sales career. You’ll support a high‑performing prestige sales agent in an inner‑Melbourne market while learning the full sales process from the inside – with a clear pathway to becoming a standalone agent in time.

The position:

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and campaign support to a busy sales agent, ensuring every listing and sale runs smoothly.
• Coordinate photography, styling, marketing materials, online advertising, open homes and buyer appointments.
• Prepare listing kits, proposals, brochures, contracts and post‑campaign reports.
• Handle buyer and vendor enquiries, book inspections, conduct follow‑up calls and maintain an accurate, well‑managed database.
• Use your Mandarin language skills to build rapport with Mandarin‑speaking buyers and vendors, helping to explain property information and process in their preferred language.
• Assist with diary management, email and calendar coordination, and general office administration as needed.

About you:

• Experience in sales support, PA, admin or customer service; real estate/property experience highly regarded.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, confident communicating with clients in both languages.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional presentation, strong written and verbal communication and a genuine passion for property.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ambitious and career‑driven, with a clear goal to transition into a standalone sales agent role in the future.
