The role:
You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of around 195 properties, predominantly located across the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Key points:

• Full end-to-end Senior Property Manager role
• Leasing handled by dedicated Leasing Consultants
• You complete routine inspections and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Offshore VA support for bills, notices, new leases and admin tasks
• Trust accounting support in place

The focus is on communication, consistency and service – this will suit someone who is confident on the phone, quick to respond and takes pride in their professional communication and follow-up.

• No Saturdays
